Outside Plant
We provide Outside Plant Services covering all of the physical cabling and supporting infrastructure (such as conduit, cabinets, tower or poles), and any associated hardware (such as repeaters) located between a demarcation point in a switching facility and a demarcation point in another switching center or customer premises.
Trenching, plowing, directional drilling, set boxes, set manholes, set CEV’s, shoring, rock trenching, concrete pads, sidewalks, paving, roads, set towers, fencing, caissons, piers, ground rings, rod & rope, cable placement, fiber placement, potholing, clear & grub, shelter placement, asphalt & concrete restoration, SWPPP, traffic control, inspector management, etc…
Outside Plant Services
Cables from wall outlets and jacks run to a communications closets, sometimes referred to as station cable.
Cables connecting one communications closet to another, sometimes referred to as riser cable.
Racks containing telecommunications hardware, such as switches, routers, and repeaters.
Cables connecting one building to another.
Exterior communications cabinets containing hardware outside of buildings.
Radio transceivers used inside or outside buildings, such as wireless access points, and hardware associated with them, such as antennas and towers.
Inside Plant
We provide Inside Plant Services for all of the cabling and equipment installed in a telecommunications facility, including the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) and all the equipment extending inward therefrom, such as PABX or central office equipment, MDF heat coil protectors, and grounding systems.
In radio and radar systems, all communications-electronics (C-E) equipment that is installed in buildings.
